Being on holiday and often developing the munchies, I made these fruit squares (25 May 2011).
- 250ml Oats
- 250ml Crushed Wheat (preferably soak first)
- 5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
- 125ml Bake Mix
- 100ml Fat Free Yogurt
- 15ml Honey
Preheat the oven to 180°. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Spray a Pyrex baking dish with non-stick (or apply oil very thin); spoon the mixture into the baking dish; level nicely with the spoon and place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes; remove from oven and cut in squares. Serve hot or let it cool down to serve later.
